Take Off Checks

• Check final approach & downwind for aircraft before entering runway
• Enter runway and line up when clear
• Check windsock
• Pick abort point and track reference
• Nose wheel straight
• Bar in mid-point position
• Make sure wing is level
• Security check and visor check (also passenger)
• Increase to full power and steer straight
• At flying speed, "Unstick" and adopt steady climb
